Amazing how bullys scatter like cockroaches when someone exposes them.
Pagosa Springs HOA bans Peace Wreath
Posted by Bob Weber on Nov 27th, 2006 in Humor, Our Changing World | 0 commentsA Pagosa Springs homeowner’s Association is fining a resident $25/day for hanging a wreath in the shape of a peace sign. Other residents interpret the peace sign as an occult/anti-christian symbol or as a direct attack on the war in Iraq and are offended – causing the fines.
This woman lives in the United States and should be free to display any symbol she wants on her house. While the occult link is a bit of a stretch, and the idea of a few lines on the side of your house changing the world a bit naive the lady is entitled to her opinion.
At least she got the symbol right.
